We are hiring for a New Home Sales Consultant for WestWindHomes in Laredo, TX.

This position DOES NOT REQUIRE a Real Estate License.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the model home.
  • Give tours of the model homes to prospects and realtors. Show the community, lots, and any available spec homes.
  • Help buyers select the right floor plan to meet their specific lifestyle needs.
  • Display knowledge of company product line, communities, and amenities to build confidence with potential home buyers.
  • SELL HOMES in a manner consistent with company policy and at a volume that meets or exceeds set quota.
  • Market your community and grow realtor relations through marketing, office visits, phone and email.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor/primary point of contact for home buyers from initial meeting through home closing. Provide consistent and thorough follow-up to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Successful track record in sales.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • An energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and positive person who can multi-task, work efficiently, play nicely with others.
  • Willingness to take direction and pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on Saturday’s.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

Required Experience:

  • Proven success in sales driven position is a MUST.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a MUST.
  • Clean driving record is a MUST.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening is a MUST.
  • Ability to pass a background check is a MUST.
  • Ability to prospect and self gen 60% of business is a MUST.
  • All education will be verified.
  • Experience in a commission-based sales role is preferred.
